• The Lanza laboratory

    Our private laboratory at the National University of Singapore occupies a space of 200 square meters, and it contains state-of-the-art research equipment for nanoelectronic research. We have a scanning probe microscope, a semi-automatic probestation, a PECVD, a mask aligner, an evaporator, and many others.

    The National University of Singapore (NUS) has two large clean rooms filled with state-of-the-art equipment for materials synthesis and device/microchip fabrication, including mask aligner, evaporator, sputtering, EBL, CVD, ALD, RIE, AFM, SEM, TEM, FIB, EBL, XRD, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, and many others.
